Due to the custom nature of our handmade magnetic keepsakes, no returns are accepted unless a defective item was shipped by us. Contact us at jlelittletreasures@gmail.com if you receive a faulty product.

Damages and Issues

Check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or incorrect, let us know right away at jlelittletreasures@gmail.com so we can address it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom items, like our personalized magnetic keepsakes, cannot be returned unless defective. We also do not accept returns for gift cards or items shipped internationally with issues beyond our control. Reach out at jlelittletreasures@gmail.com with questions.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. For a different item, contact us at jlelittletreasures@gmail.com to discuss options after returning a defective product, if applicable.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. Contact us at jlelittletreasures@gmail.com to proceed.

Refunds

If a defective item is confirmed, we’ll notify you after inspection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days pass without a refund, email jlelittletreasures@gmail.com.
